Chocolate Honey Dip with Fresh Fruit & Sweet Treats

Ingredients


  • ¼ cup, (60 mL) dark chocolate melting wafers (NOT candy melts)
  • 1 teaspoon, (3 mL) peanut butter, optional
  • 1 cup, (250 mL) Greek Gods Honey or Honey Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons, (30 mL) cocoa powder
  • resh fruit ~ halved strawberries, sliced bananas, quartered figs, cubed cantaloupe, for serving sweet treats ~ pound cake, banana bread, sugar cookies, for serving

Instructions


  1. Place the chocolate melting wafers and peanut butter if using, in a medium sized microwaveable bowl. Heat in the microwave, in 15 second increments until the chocolate is nearly melted. Using a rubber spatula, mix until well combined and smooth.
  2. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the Greek Gods Honey or Honey Vanilla Yogurt, cocoa powder and vanilla extract until smooth and fully incorporated.
  3. Place the fruits and sweet treats on a platter, or individual plates. Serve the Chocolate Honey Yogurt Dip in individual bowls.
